Community Healthcare

OBJECTIVE

To improve basic heath of the population that is marginalized by the national system of public heathcare and social assistance, and who also lack their own resources to treat their mental and physical health.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This program is about facilitating the access to basic heathcare to the population of the communites that lack this vital service through the organization of local human resources, communal first aid kits, sanitation, and heath education. All of these actions are directed towards the general population, with the most attention being given to the children - the most vulnerable group.

These actions are intended to create local bases that facilitate preventative healthcare, as well as the coordination and permanent influence of the public health officials and other local officials.
